From the Principal
 It is truly hard to believe that this school year is quickly drawing to a close. With May comes many activities. On May 5th, our Teacher of the Year, Angie Lawson will be honored at the district banquet. Angie is in the top five and we wish her the very best on her special night.
For students in grades 3, 4 and 5, PACT testing begins on Monday, May 12th. Please be sure that students are rested, eat a good breakfast, and come to school ready to do their very best.
All of the students will enjoy field day at the end of May. Kindergarten-2nd grade will participate on May 27th and 3-5 on May 28th.
A special itme for our parents wil be hosted on Friday, May 9th in the Bull Pup Cafe. Danishes for Dads and Muffins for Moms is scheduled from 7-7:30. Hopefully, you will join us that morning for a.m. treats!
I would also like to say thank you for an outstanding year at PTH. It has been a privilege to serve as interim principal of this fine school. Best wishes to each PTH family as we close the 2007-2008 school year and anticipate great things yet to come in 2008-2009. Happy Summer--Lee Walker Lee Walker
